Local Shipping 

Shipping in Singapore is free for orders above SGD $80. For orders below $80, we charge a fee of $5 for standard courier delivery. Next business day express delivery (orders must be received by 12 noon) is also available at $18.

For standard courier, we require 1 - 3 business days to process your order before dispatching to our couriers. Orders containing personalised items require additional 5 - 7 business days. Our couriers will then deliver your parcel within 1 - 3 business days from the point of dispatch. Please allow additional business days for couriers during festive periods.

Our courier will contact you directly on the day of delivery. Kindly ensure someone is present at your chosen address to receive the parcel. A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to Sea Apple, at which point a re-delivery fee of $5 will be chargeable.

Kindly also note that any re-deliveries due to incomplete or invalid addresses will also be chargeable to the receiver. 

Please note our courier is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes and restricted areas. Deliveries to Sentosa will incur a $15 surcharge.

Local Store Pickup

We offer pickup of your online order at our store locations for free.
This option takes up to 3 business days, as pickup orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and need time to be sent down to the stores.
Kindly wait for an email from us that your order is "ready for pickup" before heading down to our stores to prevent disappointment!
Please note that pickup is only available at Sea Apple stores, and not at our stockist locations.

International Shipping 

We offer free worldwide express courier for orders above SGD$250. This excludes large and bulky toys and books which we are not able to ship overseas. 

For orders below SGD $250, we charge the following shipping fees:

SGD $25	SGD $38	SGD $48
Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, HK, China, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand	Australia, NZ, Canada	UK & Europe

*In the event that your address is located in a remote area, an additional surcharge of SGD $20 - $30 may be imposed

We ship worldwide by express courier FedEx and your order will take 2 - 5 business days to reach you upon dispatch.  A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. 

All customs and import duties at the destination are your responsibility and payable upon delivery to the carrier. If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fee, any duties payable, and the cost of returning the package to us.
